  • EARLY WINTER : $475/night or $2850/weekly, 5th night free!
  • CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS (December 18-January 3) : $950/night
  • WINTER SKI : $550/night or $3000/weekly, 5th night free!
  • SPRING BREAK : $650/night - 5 night minimum
  • EARLY SUMMER(Memorial Day through June) : $475 night or $2850/weekly, 7th night free!
  • SUMMER(July through Labor Day Weekend) : $550/night or $3500/weekly
  • OFF SEASON (all other dates) : $395/night or $2400/weekly, 7th night free!
  • Rates in US Funds
  • A security deposit of $500 is required to secure your reservation
  • The balance of rental fee is due 45 days before arrival
  • There is a departure cleaning fee of $175
  • 4.9% CO Sales Tax
  • Minimum 3 nights stay
