The home is filled with rustic furnishings giving it real mountain home appeal with a hint of southwest cowboy. The home is tastefully decorated with local photography, a variety of novelty vintage mountain pieces found in local shops, and southwestern art from New Mexico. The grounds were professionally landscaped with all native plants and rocks found on the home's 2 acre parcel. You can walk right down to Cascade Creek for some fishing or tranquility.

Guest Suite features an iron sleigh Queen bed, ceiling fan, and cathedral ceilings. The guest bathroom on this level has direct access from both the guest bedroom and the hallway so it may be entered by the kids staying upstairs without disturbing the guest occupants. This full bathroom features a tub/shower.

Third Floor:

Kids Bedroom is on the top eagle's nest level encircled with wall to wall windows and spectacular views, ceiling fan. Furnishings include 2 sets of Pier1 Kids wooden bunk beds, one set with built in chest and night table, for a total of 4 twin beds.

We tried to be GREEN... I know, hard to do in a 3200 sqft space right? But, we do participate in the zero carbon wind power energy program, appliances are energy efficient, and we use a tankless on-demand hot water heating system. A grey water system is utilized. We use all natural cleaning supplies with no chemicals or bleach to keep the air you breath safe and the water you drink safe. You can drink the water right out of the tap, it is well water and tested safe. Recycled toilet paper and kitchen towels are provided. Local recycling information is given. The heating system is hydronic, which is more energy efficient as well.
